Your Questions, Answered.
What areas do you cover for your services?
Based in the South East, Nature Plus primarily serves clients across Kent and East Sussex, including Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, and Crowborough. For larger-scale arboricultural surveys and consultancy, we operate on a nationwide basis, providing professional assessments for commercial sites, schools, and public estates across the UK.
What types of clients do you work with?
We provide expert solutions for a diverse range of clients. This includes residential homeowners looking to manage garden assets, educational and healthcare facilities requiring safety compliance, and commercial developers needing ecological and arboricultural reports for planning applications. No matter the scale of the site, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.
Are you fully insured and qualified?
Yes. At Nature Plus, we combine specialist arboricultural, horticultural, and ecological expertise. Our team is fully insured, and our works are carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with industry best practices and British Standards (such as BS5837 for trees and development). This ensures that all advice and physical works are technically sound and legally compliant.
How do I get a quote for my project?
We offer complimentary quotations based on the specific requirements of your site. To provide an accurate estimate, we usually require the site location, an approximate number of trees (for surveys), or the dimensions of the area (for landscaping and wildflowers). You can contact us via our website or phone to arrange an initial consultation.
Can you help with Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and Conservation Areas?
Absolutely. If your trees are protected by a TPO or situated within a Conservation Area, you must obtain formal permission from the Local Planning Authority before carrying out any work. We can navigate this process for you, submitting the necessary applications and professional justifications to ensure your project remains compliant with local regulations.
Why is an ecological approach important for my landscape?
Taking an ecological approach means we don’t just look at plants and trees in isolation; we look at how they support the wider environment. By integrating biodiversity-rich features like wildflower meadows or native planting schemes, we help create resilient landscapes that support local wildlife, improve soil health, and offer greater long-term sustainability than traditional, high-intervention gardening.
